I use to be in a war against myself for years and now my nervous system is like a beautiful river that im in sync with and donโt need to live in fight or flight any moreโฆ
Life wasnโt meant to be easyโฆ BUT it was meant to be enjoyable and Iโve mastered the rollercoaster with love.
This year was the hardest of my lifeโ But it was so peaceful and enjoyable. I laughed and played through all the painful events that were thrown my way and I had the best year of my lifeโฆ.
