Elite Energy Hub & Eva Kaszycki Programs Code of Conduct

Welcome to the Elite Energy Hub and all programs offered by Eva Kaszycki! This community is founded on the pillars of respect, growth, and trust. To ensure a safe, supportive, and productive environment for all members, adherence to the following Code of Conduct is required across all offerings:

1. Respectful Interactions

All members and staff must be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism at all times.
Harassment, stalking, inappropriate comments, or any form of discrimination, including but not limited to gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

2. Social Media and Communication Policy

Members are not permitted to tag Eva or any team members in personal or unrelated social media content.
Eva’s social media accounts are managed exclusively by her team. All direct communication must be directed via email at support@evakaszycki.co. Messages sent through social media platforms will not receive a response.
Private communication with any member of the team, including unsolicited direct messages, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised.

3. Professional Boundaries

Romanticising or attempting to initiate personal relationships with Eva, her team, or their work is strictly prohibited.
Eva does not engage in personal or romantic relationships with clients or community members.
Attempts to bypass established communication channels, disregard team instructions, or engage in unprofessional behavior will result in immediate action, including possible removal from the program or community.

4. Compliance with Staff Instructions

Members are required to comply promptly with all instructions from Eva’s team.
Disrespectful behavior, refusal to follow directions, or undermining the authority of staff will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content, resources, and materials shared within the Elite Energy Hub and Eva’s programs are the intellectual property of Eva and her team.
Copying, distributing, or repurposing content for personal or commercial use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Members must respect the privacy of all individuals within the community and programs.
Sharing or disclosing private information, conversations, or content from the group or programs without prior consent is strictly forbidden.

7. Appropriate Content and Behavior

All posts, comments, and interactions must align with the mission and values of the Elite Energy Hub and Eva’s programs.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or irrelevant content, as determined by Eva or her team, will be addressed immediately.

8. Consequences for Violations

Any violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community or program without a refund.
Severe or persistent violations may lead to legal action to safeguard the safety, integrity, and well-being of the community, programs, and their members.
